Creating the best day on the water possible for you is what we love to do. Below are a few frequently asked questions about how your yacht charter day works, getting ready and what to expect. 

1. What types of yacht charters do you offer?

We offer a variety of charters, including dolphin cruises, sunset cruises, bachelor and bachelorette parties, office outings, family outings, and day cruises to Destin Harbor, Crab Island, and surrounding areas.

2. What areas do you serve?

We serve Destin, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, 30A, Rosemary Beach, Fort Walton Beach, and Navarre, Florida.

3. Are catering services available on your charters?

Yes, we offer both catered and non-catered options. Our catered charters include delicious menu options, while non-catered charters allow you to bring your own food and drinks.

4. How many people can your yachts accommodate?

Our yachts can accommodate  between 8 and 13 guests, depending on the type of charter. Contact us for details about your group size.

5. What is included in the price of the charter?

Our charters include the yacht rental, an experienced captain and crew, fuel, and basic amenities. For catered charters, food and drinks are included in the package price.

6. Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Yes! For non-catered charters, you’re welcome to bring your own food and beverages. We also have coolers and ice available for your convenience.

7. Do you provide music or entertainment on board?

Our yachts are equipped with Bluetooth sound systems, so you can bring your own playlist and set the mood for your event.

8. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 2 Weeks before the charter will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee. Contact us for more details.

9. Are children allowed on the charters?

Yes, children are welcome on our family-friendly charters! Life jackets are available for all ages to ensure safety.

10. Can we swim during the charter?

Yes, swimming is allowed at designated stops such as Crab Island or other safe swimming areas. Our crew will guide you on the best spots.

11. Do you allow alcohol on board?

Yes, alcohol is permitted. For safety reasons, we ask that all guests drink responsibly, and our crew reserves the right to limit alcohol consumption if needed.

12. What should we bring for our yacht charter?

We recommend bringing sunscreen, towels, swimsuits, hats, sunglasses, and any personal items you’ll need. If it’s a non-catered charter, don’t forget your food and drinks!

13. Do you offer private charters?

Yes, all our charters are private, so your group will have exclusive use of the yacht.

14. How do I book a charter?

You can book a charter by visiting our website or calling us directly. A deposit is required to secure your reservation.

15. Are gratuities for the captain and crew included in the price?

Gratuities are not included in the charter price but are appreciated for exceptional service. A standard gratuity is 15-20% of the charter cost.
