Parrothead Yachts is not responsible for any referred personnel’s actions, inactions, negligence or purposeful behavior that may result in vessel, toys or equipment damage or loss or any personal injury claims, losses or death that may arise from the usage of referred independent contractors, agents, repair technicians, mechanics or vendors.

By choosing to use any of Parrothead Yachts services, you, your next of kin, heirs, personal representatives, guests and invitees agree to hold harmless Parrothead Yachts from any and all actions, inactions including negligence and damage to vessel or its systems by any and all referral based personnel suggestions offered by Parrothead Yachts.

By using this website, placing a booking and choosing to engage the services of Parrothead Yachts, you, your next of kin, heirs, personal representatives, guests and invitees agree to hold harmless Parrothead Yachts for any damage or loss incurred to vessels, their toys or equipment or from any claims of loss, death or injury arising as a result of factory defects, negligence of maintenance, failure to repair, system malfunction, lack of preventative upkeep, general care and or storage of vessel, its toys, systems or equipment.

Liability waivers shall be presented to all passengers wishing to board any and all charter vessels. Liability waivers must be signed by any passenger wishing to be allowed aboard any and all charter vessels. Declining to sign the liability waiver will disallow inclusion to be aboard any and all charter vessels.
